Alexander Telin on his way to London Art Biennale 2015

Alexander TelinAlexander Telin who recently exhibited works at Concept on-board the Mega Yacht Seafair Miami during Art Basel Week is on his way to the London Biennale Art 2015.

The poetic perception of the contemporary world in the paintings of Alexander Telin is unbelievably precious. The artist embraces the romance and beauty in our daily life and brings it to the viewer.

Alexander was born on August 11, 1966 into the family of the famous painter and academician, professor, Artist Union of Russia,  State Prize Laureate, other State Prizes, master of genre painting – Vladimir Telin. His father’s magnificent authentic paintings, his attitude to painting and art, the artists, and his encyclopedic knowledge as well as the greatness of his personality laid the “corner stone” of young Alexander’s world outlook. His mother, Anna Telina, wasn’t an artist but had a passion for the fine arts and especially for painting. Thanks to her persistence, Vladimir gave his blessing to his son to try to master a profession which had already captured Alexander’ mind. He studied in the Moscow Middle School of Arts, followed by his studies in the Moscow State Academic Art Institute, named after Vasily Surikov, which he graduated from in 1990.
